Fruit smoothie

Makes 1


7-8 strawberries, sliced
½ banana, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp Greek style yoghurt
100ml milk
100ml apple juice



  1. Place all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend for one minute, or until the ingredients are smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Experiment and use different types of fruit, such as mango, peach, blueberries and raspberries.
