Get into good habits and find easy ways to manage everyday situations – as well as practising everyday good manners, make sure you’re running your everyday social life with proper care and thoughtfulness. Sort out some simple rules for giving and receiving presents, and be a model of good behaviour when you’re out and about – on public transport, in restaurants and cafés and in cinemas and theatres.
