It’s easier to put outfits together if you base your wardrobe around two or three main colours. Shopping becomes simpler too
- Try two neutral colours and one brighter one: maybe red, black and grey; pink, white and grey; navy, turquoise and khaki
- There is lots of advice available about choosing the colours that are right for you, based on the colour of your skin, hair and eyes
- You can normally tell straight away whether a colour suits you; you will feel like a better, sparklier version of yourself, your eyes will look bright and your skin will look good.
- If you love a particular colour but it doesn’t suit your face, then use it as a skirt or trousers or shoes. Or wear that colour as a top or dress but add a different colour nearest to your face, in a collar or scarf.
